Getting Started as a Consultant

After you enroll, you will receive access to your Virtual Office. You can access your Virtual Office at PeakSuccessGlobal.com. You will also receive training materials.

Your sponsor should contact you within 72 hours. Your sponsor will provide initial guidance and support.

You must meet these requirements:

  • Be of legal age in your country
  • Have legal right to live and work in your country
  • Complete the online enrollment form
  • Agree to the Independent Consultant Agreement
  • Pay the Quarterly Virtual Office Fee of $9 (where applicable)
  • Provide valid contact information
  • Not be in violation of any other agreement with PeakSuccess

Customers:

  • Purchase PeakESL services for personal use only
  • Cannot earn commissions

Consultants:

  • Can earn commissions by referring customers
  • Can build teams of other Consultants
  • Must follow additional company policies

The Virtual Office is your online business management system. You access it at PeakSuccessGlobal.com.

The Virtual Office provides:

  • Training resources
  • Business reports
  • Customer information
  • Team information
  • Commission statements

PeakESL.com:

  • Product information for customers
  • Customer enrollment and login
  • The PeakESL English learning and pronunciation learning platform
  • Customer support portal

PeakSuccessGlobal.com:

  • Public information about the business opportunity
  • Consultant enrollment and Virtual Office login
  • Consultant Virtual Office, including training materials and reports
  • Consultant support portal

PeakSuccess.com:

  • Company information
  • The home of future learning products and services

Understanding Consultant Requirements

No. You do not need to purchase products to become a Consultant.

However, many Consultants choose to use PeakESL themselves. This helps them understand and sell the product better.

Yes. The Quarterly Virtual Office Fee is $9. This fee is charged every three months (where applicable).

This is the only required ongoing cost.

You may also choose to maintain your own PeakESL subscription.

Your Agreement lasts for one (1) year. It automatically renews each year.

You can cancel at any time by notifying PeakSuccess in writing.

New Consultants have an eight (8) day cooling-off period. Some countries require longer periods.

During this time, you can cancel your enrollment. You will receive a full refund of your Virtual Office Fee (if you paid one).

No. Each person may only have one Consultant position.

You cannot own or control more than one Consultant account without written approval from PeakSuccess.

Yes. You can cancel your Agreement at any time.

To cancel:

  • Submit a written request through the ticket system at support.peaksuccessglobal.com, Or
  • Send an email to the designated contact address

After cancellation, you lose all rights as a Consultant. You cannot earn future commissions.

Yes. Your spouse can become a Consultant. However, your spouse must enroll directly under your account.

Your spouse must be placed on your first level.

This rule also applies to domestic partners.

Commission and Bonus Payments

Commissions are calculated monthly. The commission period ends on the last day of each month.

Commissions are typically paid on or around the 15th day of the following month.

Example: Sales made in January are paid around February 15th.

The minimum commission payment is $50 USD.

If your commissions are less than $50, they will accumulate. You will receive payment when your total reaches $50 or more.

All commissions are paid in US Dollars (USD).

PeakSuccess is a US company. All payments are received in USD. All Consultant payments are made in USD.

You must provide valid payment information in your Virtual Office.

You are responsible for any fees charged by payment processors.

If a payment cannot be processed due to incorrect information, you may be charged a $50 reactivation fee.

Commission payments that are not claimed within six (6) months may be forfeited. Some countries have different rules about unclaimed payments.

Yes. PeakSuccess reserves the right to adjust commissions.

Reasons for adjustments include:

  • Customer refunds
  • Canceled subscriptions
  • Calculation errors
  • Policy violations

If you received payment for a sale that is later refunded, the commission will be deducted from your future payments.

You must report any errors within thirty (30) days of the payment date.

Errors reported after 30 days may not be corrected.

To report an error, submit a ticket through the support portal at support.peaksuccessglobal.com.

Earning Requirements and Activity

No personal purchase is required. Your purchases can count toward the Direct Customer bonus volume requirements but those requirements can also be fully met by customer purchases without requiring your own purchase.

An Active Consultant has:

  • Personal purchased volume OR
  • Volume from a personally enrolled Customer

You can earn the Direct Customer Bonus immediately. You earn this bonus when your first customer enrolls. 

For the Direct Consultant Bonus, you need:

  • A personal subscription OR
  • A Direct Customer subscription

Compression removes inactive Consultants from calculations.

If a Consultant has no personal volume AND no Direct Customer volume, that person is "compressed" (removed from the calculation).

Compression applies to Levels 2 through Level 12 only.

Ranks are determined each month based on that month's performance.

Your rank can go up or down each month depending on your volume and team structure.

Understanding Sales Levels and Structure

Level 0 means your Direct Customers.

Definition: Direct Customers are customers you personally enrolled.

Level 1 includes:

  • Your Direct Consultants (Consultants you personally enrolled) AND
  • Their Direct Customers (also called your Linked Customers)

Level 2:

  • Consultants directly sponsored by your Level 1 Consultants
  • Customers of those Level 2 Consultants

Level 3:

  • Consultants directly sponsored by your Level 2 Consultants
  • Customers of those Level 3 Consultants

This pattern continues for all deeper levels.

Direct Customers are customers that you personally enrolled.

Direct Customers also include customers referred by your other Direct Customers (until those referring customers upgrade to Consultant).

Linked Customers are customers enrolled by your Direct Consultants.

Linked Customers are also called "Level 1 Customers."

Yes. When your Direct Customers refer other customers, those new customers count as your Direct Customers.

Important: If the referring customer upgrades to Consultant, the referred customer becomes that new Consultant's Direct Customer. The customer then becomes your Linked Customer (Level 1).

Rank Advancement and Titles

PeakSuccess has two categories of titles:

Structure Titles:

  • Developing Team Lead
  • Basic Team Lead
  • Advanced Team Lead
  • Pro 1
  • Pro 2

Volume-Based Titles:

  • Elite 1 (Mt. Fuji)
  • Elite 2 (Mt. Kilimanjaro)
  • Elite 3 (Mt. Elbrus)
  • Elite 4 (Mt. Aconcagua)
  • Elite 5 (Mt. Denali)
  • Elite 6 (Mt. Vinson)
  • Elite 7 (Mt. Everest)
  • Elite 8 (Seven Summits)

Structure Titles:

  • Based on team structure and balance
  • Required to earn certain bonuses
  • Focus on building a strong, stable organization

Volume-Based Titles:

  • Based on total volume (excluding your largest leg)
  • Used for recognition and rewards
  • Used for trip qualification and leadership opportunities

You need either:

Option 1 - Count Method:

  • 3 Direct Customers OR
  • 3 Direct Consultants OR
  • 9 Linked Customers OR
  • Any combination that totals at least these numbers

Option 2 - Volume Method:

  • $900 in total volume from Level 0 and Level 1 combined

The volume can come from any combination of Direct Customers, Direct Consultants, or Linked Customers.

You also need personal volume OR Direct Customer volume to be active.

You need either:

Option 1 - Count Method:

  • 6 Direct Customers AND
  • 6 Direct Consultants AND
  • 18 Linked Customers

Option 2 - Volume Method:

  • $1,800 in total volume from Level 0 and Level 1 combined

The volume can come from any combination of Direct Customers, Direct Consultants, or Linked Customers.

You also need personal volume OR Direct Customer volume to be active.

Pro 1 requires the same as Advanced Team Lead PLUS:

  • 1 Direct Advanced Team Lead AND
  • 1 Direct Basic Team Lead

Pro 2 requires the same as Advanced Team Lead PLUS:

  • 2 Direct Advanced Team Leads

Yes. You can achieve Basic Team Lead and Advanced Team Lead with only Direct Customer sales.

However, we recommend that you share the business opportunity with others. This creates more stability and earning potential.

Follow these steps:

  1. Achieve Basic Team Lead yourself
  2. Help your Direct Consultants achieve Basic Team Lead
  3. Continue this pattern with each level of your team

Review the duplication training materials in the Tools Section of your Virtual Office.

It depends on your rank.

If you are a Basic Team Lead, you will NOT be paid on downline Advanced Team Leads.

You must be an Advanced Team Lead or higher to be paid on downline Advanced Team Leads.

Yes. All ranks and bonuses are calculated based on the calendar month.

If you join during a month, you have until the end of that month to achieve ranks and volumes.

Customers and Customer Support

Customers enroll at PeakESL.com.

They will use your unique referral link to enroll. This connects them to your account as your Direct Customer.

Yes. Customers can purchase enrollment packs when they first enroll.

Customers can also enroll with just a subscription. Either option is acceptable.

Enrollment packs are available only at initial enrollment, not as ongoing subscriptions.

Yes. Customers can upgrade to Consultant status at any time.

To upgrade:

  1. Go to PeakSuccessGlobal.com
  2. Complete the Consultant enrollment
  3. Use the same email address used for the Customer account

The system will automatically link their Customer account to their new Consultant position. They will remain sponsored by their original sponsor.

Any customers they referred while they were a customer will become their Direct Customers.

Not yet. The Customer Referral Program (customers referring other customers) will launch in the future.

PeakSuccess will provide training and communication before this program launches.

A customer can change their subscription type within the profile or settings section of PeakESL.

Ask customers to submit a support request at support.peakesl.com. The support tool can be expanded from the bottom right corner of the support pages. With this tool, customers can contact PeakESL customer support using chat, email or a number of social messaging tools.

Direct all refund requests to official PeakESL customer service.

You should listen to customer concerns and help when possible. However, refund decisions are made by PeakSuccess, not by Consultants.

No. You cannot offer unauthorized discounts or incentives.

You must use only official PeakSuccess and PeakESL pricing and promotional offers.

Your Virtual Office currently provides reports showing:

  • Customer retention
  • Customer referrals

In the future, PeakSuccess plans to provide general customer reports in the Virtual Office. If you personally know your Direct Customers it is helpful to directly encourage them in their learning and practice goals.

Building Your Team

Your sponsor should provide:

  • Initial training
  • Ongoing support
  • Availability to answer questions

You can receive training from others in your upline.

However, you cannot change sponsors without terminating your account and waiting six (6) months.

Generally, no. Sponsor changes are not permitted except in limited circumstances:

  • Fraudulent inducement
  • Clerical error in enrollment processing
  • As required by law

To request a sponsor change, submit a formal request with documentation to PeakSuccess.

All sponsor change requests require PeakSuccess approval.

Cross-sponsoring means enrolling someone who is already a Consultant or who was a Consultant in the past six (6) months.

Cross-sponsoring is strictly prohibited.

Consequences may include:

  • Termination of your Consultant Agreement
  • Moving your organization to another sponsor
  • Other disciplinary action

You should train your Direct Consultants on:

  • PeakSuccess products and services
  • Company policies and procedures
  • The compensation plan
  • How to enroll customers and Consultants
  • How to comply with all rules

Yes. Family members can provide general assistance.

However, they cannot act as Consultants unless they enroll separately.

Important: Spouses and domestic partners must enroll directly under their partner's account.

Company Policies and Compliance

Consultants:

  • Must wait six (6) months of inactivity before changing sponsors
  • Must terminate current Agreement
  • Can then re-enroll under a new sponsor
  • Can request a customer’s sponsor be changed through the consultant ticket system at support.peaksuccessglobal.com

Customers:

  • Cannot change sponsors themselves
  • Can request a sponsor change through the customer ticket system at support.peakesl.com
  • PeakSuccess will review and approve or deny the request

PeakSuccess operates globally where legally permitted.

You are responsible for:

  • Following all local laws
  • Meeting tax requirements
  • Following local regulations

You must ensure your business activities are legal in any country where you work.

Yes. You must follow these rules:

  • Clearly identify yourself as an "Independent PeakSuccess Consultant"
  • Follow the social media guidelines in the Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure all content complies with company policies
  • Follow each platform's terms of service

No. You must use official PeakSuccess marketing materials.

If you want to create custom materials, you must get written approval first.

You cannot modify existing materials. You cannot create content that appears to be official PeakSuccess materials.

Consequences depend on the severity of the violation.

Possible consequences include:

  • Written warning
  • Required corrective action
  • Fines (withheld from commissions)
  • Suspension of your Agreement
  • Termination of your Agreement
  • Legal action

Policy violations are serious regardless of whether they were intentional.

You are responsible for knowing and following all policies.

Whether a violation was intentional does not change the consequences.

You should read and understand:

  • The Independent Consultant Agreement
  • The Policies and Procedures document
  • The compensation plan

Yes. You can sponsor people in countries where:

  • PeakSuccess operates
  • Local laws permit direct selling

You must ensure compliance with laws in both your country and their country.

PeakSuccess pays in USD. PeakSuccess issues tax documents according to US requirements.

You are responsible for:

  • Reporting income in your country
  • Paying taxes according to your local laws
  • Consulting with tax professionals for guidance

Yes. However, you are responsible for all activities under your account.

If you use assistant:

  • Ensure all actions comply with company policies
  • Protect all confidential information
  • Supervise all activities

Marketing and Promotion Rules

You must clearly identify yourself as an "Independent PeakSuccess Consultant" in all:

  • Advertisements
  • Promotional materials
  • Communications
  • Social media posts
  • Websites

No. You may not:

  • Make income guarantees
  • Make income projections
  • Show commission checks or earnings statements (yours or others')
  • Show bank statements
  • Make lifestyle claims connecting income to luxury items
  • Make "get rich quick" claims

You must include the required income disclaimer when discussing earnings or the compensation plan.

"Earnings as a PeakSuccess Consultant are based solely upon the successful sale of services to customers and their usage of those services. Individuals will incur expenses in operating their PeakSuccess business, such as the Virtual Office Fee and other possible operating expenses. As with any business, earnings and success at PeakSuccess are not guaranteed but depend primarily on the individual's commitment, persistence, and effort. Some individuals might not earn income and may lose money as a Consultant."

You should focus on PeakESL benefits, not on competitors.

Do not disparage (criticize) competitors. Do not make direct comparisons unless you use approved company materials.

You can use PeakSuccess trademarks only:

  • As authorized in the Policies and Procedures
  • With unaltered, company-approved content
  • With appropriate trademark notices
  • In connection with promoting PeakSuccess

You cannot:

  • Modify PeakSuccess materials
  • Register domain names with PeakSuccess trademarks
  • Use PeakSuccess trademarks in email addresses or social media handles without authorization

Yes. Your website must:

  • Clearly identify you as an "Independent PeakSuccess Consultant" on every page
  • Not appear to be an official PeakSuccess website
  • Use only official PeakSuccess content
  • Include the income disclaimer
  • Include a privacy policy
  • Comply with all laws and policies

You cannot use domain names that include the PeakSuccess name without written approval.

You must:

  • Identify yourself as an "Independent PeakSuccess Consultant"
  • Include a functional return email address
  • Provide clear opt-out instructions
  • Honor all opt-out requests promptly
  • Only email people with whom you have an existing relationship or who gave consent
  • Never use false or misleading subject lines
  • Comply with all email marketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM)

You cannot send unsolicited bulk email (spam).

No. PeakSuccess prohibits using telemarketing or automated calling systems.

Exception: You can call individuals with whom you have an existing business or personal relationship.

You are personally liable for any telemarketing law violations.

Yes, with prior written approval from PeakSuccess.

Submit your request at least two (2) weeks before the event.

At approved events, you must:

  • Identify yourself as an "Independent PeakSuccess Consultant"
  • Use only official or approved marketing materials
  • Make only approved claims
  • Conduct yourself professionally

Technology and Platform

PeakESL is an English learning and pronunciation web application.

PeakESL uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to help people learn English and improve their English pronunciation.

PeakESL uses AI in several ways:

  1. Content creation (including responses from guides)
  2. Computer-generated speech
  3. Evaluation of user pronunciation and speech clarity

PeakSuccess will add more AI features in the future, such as a chatbot for learning through conversations.

ESL means "English as a Second Language."

ESL is the most common and recognized term globally. Some regions use other terms like EAL (English as an Additional Language) or EFL (English as a Foreign Language).

You need:

  • Reliable internet access with at least 500 Kbps (0.5 Mbps) sustained speed
  • A device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

The PeakESL platform works on most modern devices and browsers.

You need these to access:

  • Your Virtual Office
  • Customer communications
  • Team communications

Updates happen regularly.

You will receive notifications about significant updates through:

  • Your Virtual Office
  • Company communications

Keep your passwords secure. Do not share passwords with others.

If you suspect your account is compromised:

  1. Contact PeakSuccess support immediately
  2. Change your passwords
  3. Review all recent account activity

PeakSuccess headquarters is in Lehi, Utah, USA.

Lehi is in an area called Silicon Slopes. This region is home to many innovative technology businesses.

Business Management

PeakSuccess will host a virtual Grand Opening Event in March-April 2026.

This event is for both Customers and Consultants. Some enrollment packs include a free ticket to this online event.

Yes. Most Consultants start part-time.

Success depends on consistent effort, not on the number of hours worked. Many people build their business while working other jobs.

No business provides truly passive income.

While you can earn from established customers and successful team members, all businesses require:

  • Continued attention
  • Support
  • Relationship maintenance

Success varies widely. It depends on:

  • Individual effort
  • Market conditions
  • Consistency
  • Skills

Focus on:

  • Building a solid customer base
  • Helping your team achieve higher ranks

Do both.

Customers provide:

  • Immediate income
  • A foundation for sustainable growth

Consultants provide:

  • Long-term growth potential

No. You do not need to be fluent in English.

Using PeakESL yourself is not required.

However, using the platform gives you:

Many successful Consultants maintain their own subscription.

You can terminate your Agreement at any time.

Options:

  1. Let your Agreement expire (do not renew)
  2. Submit a termination request through the ticket system at support.peaksuccessglobal.com

After termination, you lose all rights as a Consultant.

Yes, with prior written approval from PeakSuccess.

Requirements:

  • Submit a written request
  • Be in good standing
  • Pay a $50 transfer fee
  • Ensure the buyer meets all Consultant requirements

Some achievements do not transfer to the new owner. Review all transfer requirements in the Policies and Procedures.

Lifetime achievements (cumulative earnings, years at a rank) do not transfer.

Review the succession policies in the Policies and Procedures document.

You can designate someone to take over your business with:

  • Proper legal documentation
  • Company approval

Keep records of:

  • All income
  • All expenses
  • Customer interactions
  • Team communications
  • Training activities
  • Commission statements
  • Tax documents

Keep records for the time period required in your country.

Many Consultants separate business and personal finances.

This is especially helpful as your business grows.

Ask your upline or check your Virtual Office for this document.

Explain that PeakESL focuses on pronunciation and combines AI tools with coaching from native English speakers.

PeakESL can complement other learning resources. Many people use multiple resources for language learning.

The platform is designed for adult learners of all ages.
